Privacy Policy

Kote Swatch is a product of Ephesian Armament LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy covers koteswatch.com and the generator at koteswatch.com/app.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, password (handled by our sign-in provider), and shop name if you add one.
- Billing: card and tax details are collected by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage: patterns you build, seeds, color assignments, and exports tied to your account so you can reopen a job.
- Device: browser type, IP address, and basic logs so the app stays up and we can catch abuse.
We do not sell your customer list, your patterns, or your shop data.
How we use it
To run your account, take payment, email receipts and product updates, fix bugs, and improve the tool. We may send a shop-facing note about your plan or a trial. You can opt out of non-essential mail.
Who we share with
Only vendors that help us run the product: Stripe (payments), Firebase / Google (auth and hosting), and email delivery. They get what they need to do that job, not a copy of your shop for their own marketing.
We will share data if the law requires it, or if we sell or merge the business (you would still be covered by a privacy policy).
Cookies and accounts
The app needs a signed-in session to work. We use cookies or local storage for that. The public marketing site is lighter.
How long we keep it
Account and job data stay while your account is open. If you close the account, we delete or anonymize what we can within 30 days, except records we have to keep for taxes or disputes (billing history).
Your choices
Email hello@koteswatch.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete the account. If you are in a place with extra privacy rights (including California), you can also ask us not to “sell” or “share” personal information. We do not sell it.
Kids
Kote Swatch is for adult shop use. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
