Terms of Service

These terms cover koteswatch.com, the generator, and any Kote Swatch subscription you buy from Ephesian Armament LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or paying, you agree to them.

The product

Kote Swatch is a browser tool for planning Cerakote camouflage: pick a pattern, assign H-Series color codes, lock a seed, and export PNG, SVG, or a spec sheet. It is a planning tool. It is not a licensed print of any military or brand camo, and it is not a substitute for your booth’s own process.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.

Plans and payment

Solo, Shop, and Fleet are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually, at the price shown at checkout. Seats are named users. A trial code (including FREEWEEK) is one week of full access unless we say otherwise. When the trial ends, you need a paid plan to keep unlocking patterns and export.

You can cancel anytime in the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not prorate a month already started unless the law requires it or we charged you in error.

We can change prices with notice before the next renewal. We can refuse or close an account for abuse, fraud, or unpaid invoices.

Your jobs

Patterns, seeds, and exports you create are yours to use in your shop. We may store them so you can reopen a job. We do not claim ownership of your customer work.

You will not use the app to break the law, attack the service, scrape other shops’ jobs, or resell the generator as your own product.

Reference pattern names (M81, MultiCam-style, and the rest) are for planning only. They are not official licensed prints.

Availability

We aim to keep the app up. We do not promise zero downtime. Exports and colors are approximations for planning. Always confirm H-Series codes against the coating you actually spray.

Liability

To the extent Texas law allows, we are not liable for lost jobs, missed coats, or shop downtime, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

Texas law, without conflict-of-law rules. Disputes in Texas courts.
